TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Rent. Renter agrees to pay the Monthly Rent stated above in advance on the 15th of each month. Payments may be made by credit/debit card, check, or cash. Late payments (after 7 days) incur a $25 late fee. Returned checks incur a $35 fee.
2. Delivery and Pickup. Delivery and pickup will be scheduled in advance. Containers must be placed on level, accessible ground. Renter is responsible for ensuring site accessibility.
3. Use of Container. The container is for storage purposes only. No hazardous, flammable, toxic, illegal, or perishable goods may be stored. The container may not be used as a dwelling, workspace, or for animals.
4. Condition and Care. Renter accepts the container in good condition. Renter must keep it clean, secure, and free from damage. Damage beyond normal wear and tear is the Renter’s responsibility.
5. Insurance & Liability. Pilgrim Rentals does not insure stored contents. Renter must maintain insurance for all property stored inside. All contents are stored at Renter’s sole risk.
6. Termination. Agreement is month-to-month unless otherwise stated. Renter may terminate with 10 days’ written notice. Owner may terminate immediately upon violation of terms.
7. Access & Relocation. Once delivered, the container may not be relocated without written consent from Pilgrim Rentals. Unauthorized relocation may result in additional fees and termination.
8. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
9. Indemnification. Renter shall indemnify and hold harmless Pilgrim Rentals from any claims,
damages, or losses arising out of Renter’s use of the container.
10. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between the parties. No oral statements shall modify its terms.
